    Electricity Monitoring & Management

    Establishing accurate target energy consumption setpoints is one of the key area of this solution, this is achieved by strategically where feasible, installing electricity meters at points of the network such as on the incomer to monitor, compare and validate electricity utility readings with electricity internal usage to avoid misalignment.

    Energy measurements such as the active, reactive and apparent power, power factor shall be measured, different energy tariffs shall be applied and advanced features such as phase failure, power failure and others shall be monitored and recorded, Some meters shall be installed next to the main distribution boards to monitor usage of electricity by various loads to create a baseline to be used for possible savings when loads are being controlled.

    Water meters are installed to monitor and compare water utility readings with internal usage to avoid any misalignment. Running conditions such as running hours of generators, battery voltage, generator abnormal signals (such as the reasons why the generator abruptly stopped), on/off status will empower the technical team with current status of the generators so as to allow them to immediately act if the status is out of the norm.
